What is your first impression of the book you've chosen for your final project? What is your impression of the project, itself? What will you need to do to be successful? Your response needs to be at least 100 words, and you only need to respond to me.

I'm looking forward to reading my book. I'm only a chapter in but it's pretty good so far. As far as the project goes. I don't think it will be that hard, as long as I actually get the reading done. I've got my projects picked out. So everything will hopefully fall into place. To be successful I just have to not procrastinate and not let sports get in the way.

I so far am liking my book. I think it fits me and my personailty and it was a good choice for me. The project itself feels good it seems easy but you deffiantly don't want to jack off and wait till the last minute to start working on it I think even if a student is sitting at a high B or A they should still strive for the best. Why work hard all year long and then just give up at the last second. Start hard finish hard. I am going to have to set dates for myself otherwise I will be one who waits till the last minute and it'll look like crap. Have my book read by the start of the last week in April and then work on my projects that I choose to reach the grade I want to receive.

I would say that i am very happy with the book I chose. I am already on chapter 5 and can't stop reading because I want to know what's going to happen next. It's one thing after another in my book and it's hard to just sit it down and stop reading. I think this project is overall going to a fun project to do. I am really not the crafty, so those project are out of the question, but when it comes to the other things i will be fine. I like how we have to find quotes from the book also. That is a really easy thing to do. I am glad we r doing a book project as our final rather than having a different type of writing final.

The book that I have chosen is "The Diviners" by Libba Bray. I got my first impression on this book when we talked about what it was about in class, and believe me this book wasn't the only one I had an interest in. But needless to say that I'm looking forward to reading this book for it sounds fantastic. When we went over the project ideas i knew first off I was going to try for an "A". Getting the "A" that I want is going to take some hard work and dedication over the next few weeks but I believe that I can do it.

My first impression of the book is that there is going to be tons of reference to history, and Anne Frank. Personally I love history so this is a great thing. I also really like how my book is set up in letters. As far as the project goes, I am really pretty excited. For the most part the work is fairly easy, and I can use the small artistic abilities that I have. I also like how you already know what you need to do in order to get the grade that you want. That aspect is nice because I like having a guideline, and I don't have to stress about what grade I am going to get. To be successful I need to just focus, and do my work. The work isn't that hard I just need to focus on time management.

My book, The Dust of a 100 Dogs, seems very interesting so far. I'm excited about reading this book because I can relate to the main character's independence. She has a strong personality, and I'm eager to see how much she changes by the end. The project in general seems fun. I'm excited to work on a project that reflects my work ethic and creativity. To be successful in this project, I know I have to use my time wisely. This is usually something I struggle with if I don't care for the project or the class in general. As long as I stay motivated, I'm sure I won't have a problem finishing the project.

My first impression is that this will be a very good book. I have read the past two books in this series, and I look forward to reading this one. I think the books are very interesting and when I start reading I don't want to stop. This project isn't difficult. I just need to remember that in order to succeed in this project I'll need to actually set aside time to do it. Even if I get an A, I don't think it'll raise my grade much. But I think I'm going to go for it just so I can get used to the amount of work it takes to get good grades.

I chose the book "Forgive me" my first impression was that it was going to be a very violent, sad, emotional book. My first impression of the book project was kind of iffy. But when you look at it you can actually make this project fun. Especially if your'e reading a book that's really good and a book you can really get into. So technically my first impression wasn't a good one but once we got in depth of what the project consist of and what we are doing with it I think I can make it fun and worth my time. To be successful I need to stay on task. I have to keep up with my reading and actually make time and effort to do this project.

My first expression of the book is that its gonna be a good , somewhat depressing and somewhat a-love story- book . Plus its like the other books ive read and I liked them . For the project itself , I think it'll be kinda complicated ,then again not really at the same time. But I know im gonna have to bust my ass to get this done . To get an A . Final project ? i sure will try my best to get err done .

I chose the book "Speak" by Laure Halse Anderson. I actually got this book from the library over the summer thinking I would actually do a little reading, but that failed. My first impression of the book was that it was going to be very dark and emotional. I really like this project because you can turn it into you. There are so many options of projects to do and every learning type has several to choose from. To be successful, I will have to manage my time efficiently.

I chose the book "The Book Thief" by Markus Zusak. My elder sister had constantly been telling me that I needed to read this book. However, I've never been a huge fan of reading. Most books that people tell me to read usually end up with some corny love story. This book so far, has got me rather interested. It's taken a strange, yet lovely roundabout way of telling it's story. The many options of the project seem pretty nice. To be successful, however. I'll need to finish the book, manage my time, and drink plenty of redbull.

I am currently reading Stolen. I knew right off the bat that I was going to love this book! As I was reading the little sneak peak of the book, I realized it was similar to one of my favorite tv shows, Eye candy. The book is interesting and mysterious as soon as you read the first sentence! I love how the book is narrated! I know since I love this book, that I'll be able to complete this project easily! I'll need to do a portion of the project everyday, to be able to complete this project and be successful.
