My senioritis is bad when it comes to school work. I’m at the point that I’ve already earned my scholarships and won’t lose them in the next 26 days so it makes it difficult to give my best in school. Even so, I’ve always been one to care about my grades so I haven’t completely slacked off. Certain classes are better than others. My biggest worry is not getting the grade I want in Hampl’s class, but it’s extremely hard for me to try in that class because I’ve given up. I’ve always been terrible at history and this year is the worst. On the other hand, I don’t dread coming to school everyday like most seniors. I know that this is my last year with my friends here and teachers that have had such an impact on my life. I get emotional when I think about leaving everyone and everything I’ve ever known to go to college 1,169 miles away (yes, I actually looked up the exact distance from where I am sitting in the library). I have no doubt I will find new people to love there, but it’s still a hard thought to process. I have no words to express how amazing my experience has been here with the teachers that have encouraged me and friends I’ve made. So rather than spending my last 26 days here at McPherson High School doing homework and stressing about finals, I want to spend them with the people I love because in the end the memories and relationships I make will outlast any grade in gradebook.

I always thought that I would never get senioritis. As class after class started announcing finals is when I diagnosed myself with it. I am still turning in my work with relatively good grades but have slacked off on some tests and quizzes. I need to score as high as I can on my finals and tests in the next few weeks so I can earn as great as a grade as possible. The only class I will need to devote a lot of time to is physics. We have a test next week and the famous rocket lab near the end of the year, which should help raise my grade.

About two weeks ago senioritis hit very hard. The main issue I have is getting daily homework done. I’ve been good about projects and worrying about tests. My main goal is to just keep my grades up since I’m leaving for a week, I want to come back and be ready to finish out the school year with the same grades at the very least. I’m trying to work better on the homework and the few projects I have along the way should help a little. I am glad it hit later in the year because my grades are still in tact and they should be fine.

My senioritis is pretty bad, I haven't studied for a test in like 4 months and like never do my homework and almost forgot to do this forum. I'm like pretty much set on everything in order to finish and not really worried at all and I have already been accepted to college. By graduation I just need to make sure that I am passing all of my classes and right mow I am so I am set. The only thing that I don't want to do is take finals and also do my exam for history because I did not learn anything in that class. I'm just ready to graduate and be done with high school and move onto college.

My senioritis at this point is terrible. I've been procrastinating way more than usual, and stressing out because of it. I need to tell myself I can do it and I'm almost there to finish strong. I need to motivate myself, and quit putting myself down. I need to finish all my classes with complete assignments and effort, not just give up this last month. I'm feeling sad that there's 26 days days of school left. I can't believe I'm almost done with high school! I need to finish out the year with positivity and determination. I've been counting down the days until graduation, and now that it's finally this close, I kind of wish it would all slow down.

To be honest, I’ve had senioritis since freshman year it just seems to be hitting harder now that schools getting closer to ending. At this point I’ve already commited to Doge City. I can’t wait to play baseball there and see where life takes me. I need to focus on my grades and keep doing well in baseball. If I didn’t have sports to motivate me, I really don’t think I would be doing as well as I am. Yes, some grades are worse than others but that doesn’t mean I’m off track to graduate. I think I’m pretty set. There’s only about one class I’m worried about and I think I’m capable of getting that grade up. I’m just ready to graduate, enjoy summer, and go to college.

My senioritis is really bad, I am waiting till the last minute to do most of my homework, including this forum. To finish strong I need to get all my homework done and in on time otherwise I might not make it. I need to have relatively good grades by the end of the semester and I need to get all my homework done to do that.
